Hydraulic Swage Machine

Hydraulic swage machines can effectively terminate or add an eye loop to any cable assembly. Used to swage fittings and components of a wire deck railing, such as a turnbuckle or turnbuckle hardware, swage machines are essential to deck railing construction and assembly.

Our hydraulic machine swager features three-cavity, 10,000-PSI air compressor compatibility. It requires a minimum of 5.8 CFM at 90 psi, and a 20-gallon-minimum tank. When operating, be sure to regulate air pressure between 120 and 140 PSI.
